Wow what a year! Sorry for the delay in sending out this update - for the last 8 years I've been photog'ing 75-90 weddings a year - 2015 saw me cover 120 weddings, along with a mountain of PR, event and portrait shoots. I've been so lucky to be a part of so many beautiful days across the south UK.
- 2016 is now full, and 2017 is filling fast -
I will be reducing the number of weddings I do over the next few years to just 70 a year, to give more time for blog updates, and to reduce lead times on edits - in light of this my prices will be going up in Feb'16.
If you are interested in booking me for a shoot, please do contact me soon as I get booked up very very quickly.
For more details on prices and packages please see my website:
Following are a few highlights from this summer's weddings, more to follow soon:
Heron's Farm
I've been out to this beautiful venue twice this year. It's such a perfect setting, with it's rustic barn, quaint cottage and the beautiful rolling meadows surrounding it.
I've been up to Manor Barn for 3 weddings this summer - each visit has been such a treat. With the beautiful duck pond outside the venue, and the stunning barn and rose lined cottages that surround it, it's fast become one of my favourite settings.
Parley Manor
What a treat for a summer wedding! Parley Manor is a photographer's dream, with the most stunning gardens, meadows and surroundings.
Annelise and Jake's wedding, in north Hampshire, was fantastic fun! With a church ceremony, followed by a village hall reception and lawn games, it was a beautiful day - and my friend Mr T.Rex even made a cheeky appearance! ;)
The Grange
I've not been to this venue in Northwood before, and from the main road you wouldn't even know it was there - but it was a boutique beauty! And luckily the rain held off just long enough for us to grab some lovely shots outside.

Fennes Country House
Well it was quite a drive to get to it, up in North Essex, and much further than I normally travel, but my goodness what a beautiful and well thought out venue! I would definitely consider driving up here again for another day like this :)

It's not often I travel in to Sussex, but there are some fantastic gems tucked away from the main road - including a little church sat next to Shoreham beach, and the beautifully kitsch Dome cinema on Worthing seafront.
I've been to The Old Vicarage twice this summer (and will have more highlights to follow in my next blog post). Set in the New Forest I can't believe I've only just discovered this lovely little venue. The ceremony/wedding breakfast room is fantastically light and beautifully decorated - making photography a dream! And the gardens offer a world of stunning backdrops for photos.
Highlights from another lovely Manor Barn wedding.
Another treasure of a venue, with a church and a village pub just a short walk away for guests, the house itself is country perfection - with meadows, rolling hills and everything you need for a perfectly vintage reception.
Another venue a little outside my normal travel radius, but well worth the trip. Rain didn't stop play this day and we managed some lovely shots in the gardens surrounding the house.
July and August 2015 were some of my rainiest months on record for weddings. I was so glad when the clouds parted just in time for the bride to walk across to the church, for another of my lovely Manor Barn weddings - another beautiful day at this venue.
A little gem of a venue, set in the wilds of Wilthsire, Barford park is a stunning barn surrounded by fields and ponies.
Being a bit of a car fanatic I loved this wedding at Wotton House - complete with the groom's racing cars, and singing waiters :)
Bourne Valley Inn
It was so lovely to be a part of Adam and Stefanie's big day, after also doing their engagement shoot and baby Bella's first photos. It was such a lovely day, and The Bourne Valley Inn was a lovely cosy setting for the reception and barbecue in the evening.
Back in my Cornwall and Devon photographing marquee weddings in meadows was a regular occurrence, however until this day I hadn't come across anything similar in Hampshire. What a treat it was when Abby and Tim invited me to photog their wedding at the amazing Veils and Bales marquee venue in Hampshire! The bales of hay, blankies and picturesque meadows perfected this lovely summer's day.
Much further than I normally travel, but I was so honoured to photog Faye and Matt's day, and so glad that the heavy rain didn't dampen moods.
From the helicopter entrance, to the lovely pastel yellow detailing, this was a beautiful wedding.
Despite it's central city location, The Grand Cafe is as beautiful as it is boutique! I love this little gem of a venue.
Upwaltham Barns
The perfect summer's day in one of my fave summer venues. Upwaltham is such a special place, with the beautiful barns enclosing lovely gardens.

Hurtwood Park Polo Club
I don't normally travel this far in to deepest Surrey, but it was well worth it for this amazing end of Summer day.
The Beaulieu Hotel
This has become another regular venue for me, and I 'love it'!! Especially in the Autumn, when the heather is bloom and the hotel is warm, cosy and inviting.
I have a soft spot for The Old Vicarage. I've done a few weddings there now, and love it! It's beautifully boutique, cosy (yet spacious, with so many gardens and areas for photos) and has such a relaxing vibe. Love it!
I'm at Skylark almost once a month of late and it's another one of my all time faves!! The staff are AMAZING, and come rain or shine it's the perfect place to get some lovely photos.
Southdowns Manor
I've done a couple of weddings here now, and am back for more in 2016. Don't let the long scary single track road put you off, this venue is a real gem, and well worth the drive!! Especially on a slightly stormy Autumn day, when it's as atmospheric outside as it is cosy inside.
Tudor Barn
It was so nice to see a different season at Tudor Barn. I love Autumn - it's literally my fave time of year, with the beautiful russet colours and low light.
Beaulieu Hotel
As winter set in I was back at The Beaulieu Hotel, complete with snow machine and one of my loveliest couples! :)
Sopley Mill
Just before Christmas I was at the Mill twice over the course of a week, and back again in February. The venue is so unique, cosy, fun and... just beautiful! I loved it here and am looking forward to seeing it in the sunshine in 2016!
2015 ended with this truly beautiful wedding, just a couple of days before Christmas! It was such a treat! The loveliest couple and the most perfect day!

These represent just a tiny fraction of my 2015 weddings...
Highlights of my Spring/Summer 2016 weddings will be coming soon :)
